How do I access my course(s) after purchasing?
Once purchased, you will automatically receive a receipt e-mail. That e-mail will contain information to access your purchased material. After material is downloaded, follow the instructions that are on the exam.

Do I have to complete the course(s) in one sitting?
You do not have to complete the course in one sitting, the test will be avaliable to you 24/7 after purchasing. All courses are designed to be completed at your own pace.

How long do I have to complete my course(s) once purchased?
Courses are designed to be completed at your own pace. However, exams must be returned for grading in the same year they were purchased for credit.

How quickly will my credits be reported to the State?
Credits for completed courses will be reported once a week.

Do I have to purchase multiple courses for multiple recipients?
Yes, each course is only good for one individual. If you have multiple students who need courses you must purchase courses for each one of the students for them to receive credit.

Are all courses approved by Structural Pest Control Board?
Yes, all courses listed on our website have been approved by the SPCB.

Does SPCB track continuing education hours?
No, SPCB does not track CEU hours. It is your responsibility to get certificates of completion from each CEU course sponsor and track your own CEU hours.

Will I receive a certification after completion?
Yes, you will be provided with a certificate upon completion and passing. Certificates will be e-mailed to you after completion with a passing score.
